Overview

Orbit is invite-only proximity for a small circle. You see friends of friends who are nearby, get introduced to the people you almost met, and your location stays blurred to the neighbourhood the whole time.

Every default leans private: sharing is opt-in, position stops showing after six hours on its own, contacts are matched by hashing them on the device, and each member only gets three invites, so the network stays small on purpose.

I built it natively in Swift and SwiftUI for iOS 17 and up, keeping the download under 7 MB.
